As a charitable organization, we deeply value your generous contributions and commitment to our cause. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
Donations
- All donations made to Shreekara World Foundation through our website are non-refundable.

Once a donation has been made successfully, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained, except in cases of:
- Duplicate transaction
- Incorrect amount entered by mistake
- Technical error resulting in multiple payments
Refund Requests
If you believe that an error has occurred in making your donation, or you have made a duplicate transaction, please write to us at info@shreekara.org within 7 days of the transaction. Our team will review the request and, if found valid, initiate a refund to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
No Goods or Services in Return
Please note that donations made to Shreekara World Foundation are used for charitable purposes only, and donors will not receive any goods or services in exchange for their contributions.
Tax Exemption Receipts
Once a donation is confirmed, a tax exemption receipt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (if applicable) will be issued. In case of a refund, the issued receipt will be considered void.
Changes to this Policy
Shreekara World Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on this page.
